Didn’t testify, though I did talk with the defense attorney.  Will likely have to be back for the next hearing in January, and the trial currently set for February.  Whether I’ll be compelled to attend by subpoena is not known, but I’m guessing yes.  The defense attorney did request I attend the January hearing.

It’s been quite a day … going on 28 hours already and showing little signs of stopping soon.
The relevant parts:

Overtime at work. Verdict: Good.
The delivery was two hours late, meaning I was behind schedule. Overtime means more money, even if my time is worth a lot more than time and a half.
