Managing Expectations
So … work is okay. I’m management now. I’m responsible for about 50-ish people. I have paperwork, and phone calls, and discipline, and pass out orders.
I never expected to be in this position. I mean, I’ve wanted to direct films before, and it’s pretty much the same sort of thing. Telling everyone else to do what your vision of the end product should be. In this case it’s a call center full of people that have to help people with their tax software.
This is just the beginning of the tax season. It will get worse before it gets better.

Plus you have to deal with all the little people… the ones running around bugging you at every turn.
