Foreign Soil
I’m spending the week in Utah. The food is amazing, and the mountains are incredible. Last night they took us to a Japanese Benihana steakhouse. The chefs prepared the food right at the table and it was a great performance. Tonight, another of our hosts took me to Salt Lake City to see the sights. We mostly toured the Mormon buildings. From a historical and architectural standpoint it was amazing. I disagree with their beliefs, but they have some great buildings and locations.
I got some nice photos on my phone, so I’ll see if I can get those posted at some point. This CMS is acting up, so it’ll probably have to wait until I get back home.
In any case, we return tomorrow night. I’m anxious get back home again … but I know when I do I’ve got so much to take care of.
Change is in the wind. And the wind never seems to stop blowing.
